Our History
PACE was founded in 1988 with the belief that there was a better way to deliver services to clients- a client relationship based on partnership and good ethics. Based on the promotion of clients’ interests, an ethical approach to conflicts of interest and the desire to form a true partnership with clients, the founders of PACE sought be provide a unique experience to its clientele. For over 20 years, the principals of the firm have worked closely with clients to develop a specific approach tailored to their needs. Each client agreement, each unique approach, is strategically developed over a period a time with the collaboration of client and principal.
The firm has stayed strategically small in the number of employees it has hired and retained over the years; a key element to our continued success is the exchange that happens between PACE Principals and clients. It is not just lip service to declare that the client-centered approach taken by PACE means that clients work directly with and have continual access to the firm’s partners.
