Devin Rhinerson, Partner
Devin brings expertise in a wide range of areas including agriculture, homeland security and emergency management, forestry, science and space, veterans and Native American affairs.
With seven years of Capitol Hill experience in the Office of US Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), including five as a senior policy advisor, Devin provides clients with a wealth of information about domestic policy and congressional committee leadership.
As a senior advisor to his home-state senator, Devin was the leading advocate on a number of successful initiatives. Among his many accomplishments, Devin’s advocacy has led to the opening of national parks to state-recognized tribes for tribal ceremonies and the authorization of new housing and resources to treat homeless veterans in Los Angeles.
On the agricultural front, Devin was instrumental in the initiative to provide financial assistance to farmers who need to upgrade their operations to comply with strict air quality regulations; he has also worked to secure funding for the battle against invasive pests and diseases in California’s agricultural sector.
Born and raised in San Diego, California, Devin moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University. Devin has been a proud resident of the District of Columbia ever since, where he shares the firm’s commitment to community service by maintaining hiking trails in and around Washington, DC’s Rock Creek Park.
